Terms of Service

Corvevo provides software tools for construction preconstruction review: drawing analysis, takeoff assistance, clash/coordination signals, code-check assistance, cost estimates, markup, and an AI assistant. Features may change as we ship.

Results are informational. You remain responsible for bid decisions, RFIs, design changes, and compliance with applicable law and contracts.

You acknowledge that Corvevo uses AI and that AI outputs may hallucinate, miss issues, or misread drawings. You must verify material findings before relying on them.

Do not use Corvevo Ask or other AI features for medical, psychiatric, emergency, or crisis advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (US/Canada).

You represent that you have the right to upload project files you submit. You grant Corvevo a limited license to host, process, display, and analyze those files solely to provide and improve the service (including sending necessary snippets/images to AI processors as described in the Privacy Policy).

Confidential bid documents remain your confidential information; we do not publish your drawing sets as marketing samples without your permission.

We do not publish fabricated customer testimonials or invented endorsements. Marketing pages may show example product findings from real drawing reviews; those are product outputs, not quotes from named customers unless clearly labeled as such.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, infringe others’ rights, attempt unauthorized access, or create legal risk.

Marketing offers such as “first drawing set free” or “no credit card” mean what they say at the time of the offer: a free evaluation without a card on file. Free use is not a paid subscription and does not auto-convert to a paid plan without a separate checkout you complete.

If we later offer paid subscriptions or free trials that convert to paid:

(a) Signup and cancellation will be available through the same self-serve account surfaces (or a clearly published email process that is no harder than signup).

(b) Auto-renewal will be disclosed at checkout, with the renewal price and period stated before you pay.

(c) We will send a renewal reminder to the account email before each auto-renewal (at least as required by applicable law).

(d) Canceling stops future renewals; it does not require calling a phone tree longer than it took to sign up.

Until a paid checkout exists in-product, no auto-renew charges apply.

Do not upload malware, attempt to probe or disrupt the service, scrape other users’ data, or use Corvevo to violate export controls, sanctions, or construction licensing laws.

Do not misrepresent AI output as a human stamp, sealed drawing, or certified code compliance letter.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Construction involves life-safety risk. Corvevo does not replace structural, geotechnical, fire-protection, or accessibility design review by qualified professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corvevo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for bid losses, schedule delay, or construction defects arising from reliance on the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) CAD $100 if you have only used a free offer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ottawa, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
